Hi I’m Frankie Graziano, the founder and operator of Vertebra Marketing. I didn't start in marketing - I started in kinesiology and fitness. That background shapes everything about how I approach advertising for allied healthcare practices. I understand patient psychology, the realities of running a practice, and what it takes to earn trust in this space because I've lived it.
Vertebra Marketing exists to give chiropractors, massage therapists, physiotherapists, and other allied healthcare providers a marketing partner who truly understands their industry - not a generalist agency treating healthcare like any other market.
